mikogalateaI did not miss the Ehmead Hill boss. I'm surprised I beat him on my first attempt this time, and without having temporarily lowered the battle difficulty (like I ultimately had to do to beat him when playing the 360 version) at that... because he's still really bloody hard! It's kind of ridiculous that the characters talk about how "easy" he was afterwards, because God knows how many healing items I burned through to win that fight!
Also reminds me of how annoying it can be that characters can't use most items on other characters unless they've learned the Item Thrower skill. On a milder note, it feels weird to play a non-Pokémon RPG where status effects persist after battle again... I've clearly gotten used to the way Octopath Traveler and other recent games do things. ^^;
I'm about to try knocking on Ragou's door with everyone in Capua Nor, which means I've met Patty for the first time! Her appearance was brief enough that I don't know what to make of her yet, though.
