(That's a bit odd. When I spoke to her after catching Wo-Chien, she got excited and curious about what might've been written on its tablets. Did you finish all her classes and do all her friendship events she has available? Because if you're at the point where she marked the shrine locations on the map, I think she should react to the ones you catch.)
