Around 4 years ago, I got an ask wondering how I saw Shiori's and Juri's future. Here's the response I gave that person at the time.

I think the future will hold good things for them both, especially since we already see in the last few episodes that they've improved as people and are moving on from their hangups.
The fact that Shiori has joined the fencing team in the end shows that she's gained a lot more confidence in herself and is actively working on getting stronger; also, by being part of a club that Juri leads, she's willingly allowing Juri to be above her, which she seems much more okay with now than she ever would have been in the past.
As for Juri herself, the badminton scene in episode 37 shows that not only is she able to joke about her locket now (which would've been unthinkable before) but by doing so, she's pretty much coming out of the closet at last -- and Shiori bears witness to this.
I don’t think they'll become a couple straight away, as they still need to continue down the positive paths they've started on, but their relationship is already getting better and there'll certainly be hope for them on the romantic front. Besides, in the offical art based on their last scene, Shiori is shown gazing up at Juri while clutching a chain that looks like it belongs to a new locket of her own; perhaps some day, they'll work things out between the two of them.
