1.) Why do you dislike #11 so much?
Because I absolutely hated their FTEs. Angie tries to sexually assault Shuuichi at one point in them, yet not only does the narrative treat him as being in the wrong for yelling at a pretty girl, but Angie never apologises, never acknowledges that what she did was wrong, never shows any remorse for it, and throughout the rest of the FTE chain she never learns to have any regard for Shuuichi's personal space or right to say no to her. Add on her basically forcing him to marry her by the end of their FTEs and her having some obnoxious Salmon Mode dates (even downright gross in the case of of the human trafficking one) and you have my least favourite NDRV3 ship and one of my least favourites from the entire franchise.
2.) Who is someone you know that ships #13?
No one I actually know, I don't think? I do know it's a ship that some people ship, though.
3.) What would be your ideal scenario for #3?
I'm thinking of a post-canon scenario where Hiyoko has mellowed out and can help Mahiru fully heal from what happened with Satou -- and, on a lighter note, where Mahiru's the one to initiate the hand-holding. I want to eventually write a fic about that, actually.
4.) Which is your favorite moment for #1? Try to pick just one.
I want to say "all of Chapter 4", but I don't think that's specific enough for this question. ^^; Sakura's real final letter and the effect it had on Aoi is standing out to me right now, and also generally any time one of them is protective of the other.
5.) How long have you been following couple #6?
For over a year now, since I went back to get all the Chapter 1 FTEs after beating NDRV3 and ended up particularly loving Tsumugi's. It's a rarepair, but I saw some good fanart for it when I was still using Tumblr.
6.) What's the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring?
Oooh boy. First, I got tired of some of the shippers acting smug and morally superior, especially with regards to Hajime/Nagito. (I ship Hajime/Nagito/Chiaki as an OT3 pretty hard, plus Chiaki and Nagito are my favourite SDR2 characters, so I've never liked that entire shipwar.) Then DR3 came along and I really didn't like how it portrayed the Hajime/Chiaki ship; Hajime pissed me off when he selfishly decided that doing the total opposite of all the advice Chiaki tried to give him would make her like him more (yet the fandom still acts like that's sweet and romantic instead of horribly disrespectful to her as a person), and the narrative annoyed me by making Chiaki revolve around Hajime to the point where her bonds with her own classmates ended up being little more than an informed attribute. I still enjoy many of their interactions in SDR2 itself, but the above factors have still soured me a lot.
7.) Which ship do you prefer - #2 or #4?
Mondo/Chihiro and Tenko/Himiko? That's like comparing apples and oranges. The latter is my favourite NDRV3 ship while the former is only my second-favourite DR ship, though, so Tenko/Himiko wins out in that sense.
8.) You have the power to make one ship nonexistent. Choose from #10 or #12.

9.) What interests you about #14?
Lots of other people like the ship, I like both characters involved, and I certainly didn't dislike their FTEs together. It didn't grab me as much as some of their other potential pairings, but I'd like to give it another chance by making different choices in their FTEs. :3
10.) When did you stop liking #7?
When I actually played DR for myself. The idea of Genocider/Byakuya amused me back when I was reading the LP threads on Something Awful, but it's since lost all appeal to me.
11.) Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the source material?
Not at all. The only time I was interested in Rantarou/Kokichi in the first place was in the prerelease period when that one piece of official art with the two of them was released; I didn't even care that much when it turned out they had no relationship whatsoever in the actual game, because by then I'd gotten more curious about other ships.
12.) What's a song that reminds you of #5?
I don't really associate songs with fandom pairings very much, so I'll skip. >>;
13.) Which of these ships do you love the most?
Aoi/Sakura and the three NDRV3 ships I listed!

Aoi/Sakura and Tenko/Himiko could be quite charming for this.

Nope. DR isn't a franchise that has much kissing in canon to begin with.
17.) Did #4 have a happy ending? If things haven't ended yet, do you think a happy ending is likely?
No, Tenko got killed right when Himiko was just starting to even see her as a friend. ;.; At least Himiko as an individual got a happy ending by changing for the better and surviving the whole game.
18.) What would make you start shipping #13?
If they ever actually interacted in canon would be a good start! Maybe also some decent meta on how it could potentially work, because I like the idea of the ship.
19.) If only one could happen, which would you prefer - #2 or #6?
I'd have to say Mondo/Chihiro, since there's the indication they were good friends in the pre-despair period. As much as I love Kaede/Tsumugi, it's... pretty messed up, and Tsumugi is who she is.
20.) You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them?
Touko eventually gains enough self-esteem to fully get over her unhealthy obsession with Byakuya.
